Internationally renowned spiritual teacher Belzebuub founded the non-profit organisation The Gnostic Movement in Australia in 1999. With its humble beginnings in Sydney, the school flourished due to its uniquely practical explorations of the spiritual. With deep investigations into the out-of-body experience and inner change, these two subjects have attracted many students and are only the beginning of a journey into many more: the spiritual path, alchemy and meditation to name a few.

Free Courses
Currently the Gnostic Movement runs three free 9-week courses, written by Belzebuub, in four study centres and groups located around Australia. These three courses are called Astral Travel and Dreams, Self-Discovery and Gnostic Wisdom. They cover topics such as out-of-body experiences, Astral projection, dreams, personal transformation, psychology, inner change, enlightenment, the spiritual path, alchemy, tantrism and much more.
In the centres, students are not only able to hear talks given by teachers, but also practice spiritual techniques with other students, to gain their own direct experiences.

Study Centres
To date, the Sydney centre alone has seen more than 1,500* spiritual seekers walk through its doors to search into the vast unknowns of the spiritual.
After many years of growth in Sydney, the school established a centre in the city of Melbourne in 2000, where public interest fuelled an immediate intake of hundreds of students into the school's introductory courses. The centre was soon a buzz with the quiet activity of spiritual practice and lively conversations of the esoteric.
Not long after, in 2002, a centre was founded in the northern city of Brisbane, where the teachings continue with the same energy and appeal.
In 2005 a study centre began in Perth, Western Australia; although it started with only a handful of students, it has since grown with much interest and public appeal.

Retreats and Practices
The Gnostic Movement also runs retreats, where students can spend some time focusing on spiritual practices and gaining experiences. In January 2006, the Gnostic Movement held its first international retreat in Queensland which attracted many students from Australia and overseas. Due to its success and popularity, the Gnostic Movement held another successful retreat in January 2007. Throughout the year, each of the centres also run their own state-wide retreats for students in the courses.
On weekends, the centres hold courses and workshops, aswell as other spiritual practices which include walks in nature to experience being in the present moment, intensive practices and group exercises to Astral travel and even meet at the same destination in the Astral plane.
